Rock Energy Cooperative is governed by a nine-person board of directors.

Directors are elected from the membership and serve a three-year term. Each year, three of the nine seats come up for election. Board members must live in the district they wish to represent.

The Rock Energy Cooperative Nominating Committee selected candidates to run for board of director positions that will be up for election at the March 29 annual meeting.
