Distributed Generation

What is Distributed Generation?

Distributed Generation (DG) is the process of generating electricity at or near the point of use. The produced electricity then is interconnected to the distribution system. Because DG systems can affect the safety and reliability of the distribution system, Rock Energy Cooperative has developed rules and regulations to address these concerns. The following documents explain our requirements. If you would like more information after reading the documents, please contact us at questions@rock.coop.
