Both gas and electric emergencies and electric outages should be reported to the co-op by phone. You can reach us 24 hours a day, seven days a week at:

Locations

Rock Energy Cooperative maintains two offices. Both are open to visitors during normal business hours. We do accept payments in the lobby during business hours, or in one of the night deposit boxes outside either location after hours. Any payments made in person will be credited to your account on the next business day. Please allow 48-72 hours for drop box payments to be posted to your account.
