72nd Annual Meeting

If you weren't able to join us for the 72nd REC Annual Meeting at the Eclipse Center in Beloit, you missed a lot. When more than 700 people (representing more than 300 memberships) met at the Eclipse Center in Beloit on April 7, they voted to elect directors and change the co-op bylaws. They also got updates and overviews of what's ahead from several cooperative and political partners before enjoying dinner with their fellow members and collecting appreciation gifts for their ongoing dedication and participation in the co-op's business.

Bylaw Changes Adopted
Members also voted to accept changes to the co-op bylaws regarding members, earnings distribution and the disposition of co-op property in the event of a sale. Here is the complete text of the bylaw changes.
